Focusing the Microscope: The Standard Laboratory Compound Light Microscope
Description
After viewing this learning object, the student will be familiar with the parts of a standard laboratory compound light microscope. The student will also understand how to utilize the light microscope to observe specimens and be able to focus the light microscope and lighting controls using the 4X, 10X, and 40X magnification objectives.
